Tables
If you want to... | Action |
---|---|
Scroll through the tables | Hover over the table to show the scrollbars to see additional rows and columns. Note: The table is bigger than the screen. Some selections will add data to the right and/or at the bottom of the table, so you will have to scroll to see it. |
Move a column | Click and drag the column header to the desired position. |
Resize a column | Click and drag the right edge of the column to the desired width. |
Filter and search data | Click the filter box and select 1 or more items, or enter your keyword to search. Click the checkmark to apply the filters. Note: The asterisks (*) in the search box allow wildcard searching. Simply enter search terms between the 2 asterisks. Note: Items in filter boxes that are grey are not available. Selecting a grey option will reset other filters. Note: The table will populate information based on your filter selections. Selecting a filter value will automatically remove inapplicable values from the table. (For instance, selecting a plan/program from a single jurisdiction will automatically remove all other jurisdictions from the results.) |
Sort the data | Click the column header to sort in ascending or descending order. Note: The arrow indicates the sorting direction (the sort will be either alphabetical or geographical). |
Clear a filter | Click the filtered item and then click Clear selection in the drop-down menu. |
Clear all filters | Click the Reset button to clear all filters. |
Download data | Right-click anywhere on the table to access the export menu. Select Export data to export data as an XLSX file. Select Export as an image to export data as a PNG or JPG file. Select Export to PDF to export data as a PDF file. |
