October 13, 2022 — Between March 2020 and May 2022, ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨maintained a comprehensive data set of federal, provincial and territorial government interventions, announcements and other measures to reduce the spread of and improve the health outcomes related to COVID-19. 

This update includes interventions announced up to May 31, 2022. As of this date, ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨will no longer update the data set but will continue to make this resource publicly available on our website.

The data set provides information on key interventions.

• Vaccines (e.g., implementation plans and frameworks, population to be vaccinated)
• Case finding and management (e.g., testing criteria, self-isolation, contact tracing)
• Openings and closures (e.g., health, education, other services)
• Physical distancing
• ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨ workforce capacity
• ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨ services
• Travel restrictions
• Public information (e.g., pandemic response plans, phase changes, alert levels)

Information in the data set is sourced from government releases and websites, national Indigenous organizations and regulatory bodies for health professionals. The data set can be sorted by province, territory or federal jurisdiction. For more information, email populationhealth@cihi.ca.
